WHAT IF I WANT TO CUSTOMIZE MY ORDER?
Most of our products have a customization section. If you find that the product you're currently looking to buy doesn't have this feature, please email us at thefriendsclubshop@gmail.com and we'll be happy to work with you to get your desired outcome.
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
We understand that you want the best for your money, and personally know the frustrations of the return process for many clothing stores. If the product is unused and intact but does not meet the standard of the buyer we will offer a full refund 20 days after the purchase. No questions asked. If the product has been damaged in any way (this excludes shipping errors), we will not accept the return. Any returns after 20 days will not result in a refund.
ARE YOU A SUSTAINABLE/ETHICAL OPTION?
Currently, we source our clothing from reputable suppliers with high FLA workplace code of conduct scores. However, we're working to find better and greener options (if you have any intel on this, we're open to suggestions). Most of our products are made-to-order, allowing the customer to customize their design or size if needed. This reduces waste and overstock. Our products are also made by hand with a lot of love & care. Although it makes delivery time longer, there are no sweatshops or worker exploitation.
We also offer our Reject Collection which gives new life to thrifted/donated clothing and reduces waste from misprinted items. When making clothes there are bound to be mistakes. Where most companies would simply throw out any piece with a mistake or misprint, we sell it for a lower price as a "Reject". Our other Rejects consist of donated clothing up-cycled with your favorite FC designs. *these are currently only available at pop-up shops*
We are a small business that strives for earth-friendly, inclusive clothes. That being said, we're not perfect. We have a lot of room to grow and improve.

WHY IS YOUR PACKAGING INCONSISTENT?
If you've shopped with us more than once, you've probably noticed that our packaging is never the same. We use different boxes/large envelopes each time due to the fact that it's all recycled! We predominately use pre-owned packaging in order to reduce our waste as a company and cut back on shipping costs for our customers. If a box is still perfectly in tact, why not reuse it?
